The nose is fine, elegant and offers gourmandise, a slight fleshiness as well as a small richness (in the background). It reveals notes of crystallized lemon, brioche, candied orange and slight notes of white fruits, peach combined with touches of citron, cedar as well as small notes of dried apricot and almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, gourmand, finely powerful and offers a beautiful finesse, a beautiful definition, a very beautiful balance as well as delicacy. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of candied orange / marmalade, caramelization, brioche, candied lemon and slight notes of quince / pear associated with slight notes of apricot puree, rancio, slight touches of cedar, citron, almond, vanilla Bourbon as well as a very discreet hint of spices / cardamom (on the finish) and an imperceptible hint of black pepper (in the background).
