Melka – Métisse 2016 – Napa Valley

The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration and a fine power. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and small notes of tonka bean associated with small touches of violet, crunchy red berries and a subtle hint of Cuben pepper. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a beautiful guideline as well as a good definition as well as gourmandize. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, small juicy/fleshy red fruits and small notes of juicy/fleshy blackberry associated with hints of violet, juicy blueberry and chocolate. Good length and persistence.
