(97% Sauvignon Blanc, 3% Muscadelle) The nose is fruity, powerful and offers concentration. It reveals notes of passion fruit and citrus (yuzu, lemon) associated with fine hints of clementine, beeswax as well as a hint of acacia / flowers and a delicate hint of rose. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, relatively fat and offers roundness, a very fine mineral frame and smoothness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon associated with slight notes of clementine, pineapple, passion fruit, lemon as well as discreet hints of quenette and rose. Good length and persistence with very delicate notes of oak / toasted oak.
