The nose is aromatic, powerful and relatively fine. It reveals notes of cassis, berries and fine notes of red fruits associated with discreet notes of flowers, slight notes of minerality as well as a hint of Sichuan pepper and tea. The palate is fruity, round, suave, well-balanced, quite gourmande and offers a nice volume and fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of boysenberry and slight notes of cassis associated with fine notes of cherry, red berries, strawberry as well as touches of minerality and a discreet hint of tea and discreet notes of oak / sweet spice.
