Beautiful aromatic nose. It reveals notes of fresh pineapple, lemon and small notes of apple blossoms associated with small touches of fresh small yellow fruits as well as slight hints of sage. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, minerality, a good definition, a certain gourmandize as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, crunchy apple and small notes of pineapple associated with touches of physalis, sweet grapefruit and varietal/ floral hints. Good length. Beautiful acidity. Good work on the good bitterness in the background.
