The nose is fruity, elegant, fine, gourmand, refined, complex and aromatic. It reveals notes of candied orange zest, dried strawberry and marmalade associated with a few notes of candied quince, apricot, as well as slight notes of cedar, rancio, caramel and a touch rosewood. The palate is fruity, suave, gourmand, straight, fine, quite gourmand and offers a beautiful creamy matter. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of candied orange, dried plum, dried apricot and slight notes of Zante currant associated with slight notes of crystallized lemon as well as fine notes of rancio, caramel and a touch of roasted almonds. Good length and persistence.
