The wine has a pale lemon-yellow colour, with light golden reflections. The nose is ripe, fruity, subtly spicy and toasted. It expresses notes of fresh lemon, candied lemon zest, yellow peach, fresh pineapple, as well as a fine touch of fresh hazelnut, vanilla, lemon yogurt and white flowers (lime blossom, honeysuckle). On the palate, the wine is fresh and slightly salty on the attack. In the mid-palate, it expresses flavors of lemon, lemon zest, white peach, white flowers (acacia, honeysuckle) as well as delicate spicy touches (nutmeg, vanilla). The finish is lemony, slightly saline and mineral, with a subtle lime bitterness. Nice acidity, a lively and chiseled wine.
