The palate is fruity, mineral, racy and offers a beautiful suavity, freshness, finesse, a beautiful guideline as well as a beautiful finely acidulous frame and a ripe/pulpy/acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/acidulous cherry, Boysen berry, small notes of fleshy wild raspberry associated with small touches of fresh/juicy violet plum, violet, lily as well as fine hints of sense of the place, a racy minerality, graphite, a subtle hint of toasted/grilled oak, a very discreet hint of roasted and an imperceptible hint of laurel (in the background).
