The color is cherry, the wine is limpid and shiny. The first nose is a little smoky with fruity notes of cherry and plum. There is also a orange zest. With aeration, the black fruits are clearly marked. We have leather, black pepper notes and a minty freshness. The attack is soft, velvety, there is a nice texture. We have small fruits like blackcurrant, blackberry, black grape but also cherry. The tannins are present, smooth. The mouth is salivating with a refreshing mineral side. There is alcohol: the fresh fruits turn into brandy fruits on the finish. There is structure, there is depth. The wine circulates well in the mouth. The finish is pretty on flowers and a hint of black pepper note.
