It reveals notes of wild blackberries, small black currants and lilac associated with camphor, local scrubland and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandize as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, juicy / pulpy raspberry and more slightly pulpy / fresh cassis associated with small currants, mocha, sage, olive / black olive as well as a subtle hint of cardamom. Tannins are finely marked and offer a little straightness. Presence of varietal and tannic in the background.
