The wine has a light, bright and clear straw yellow colour. On the nose, the wine is floral and fruity with a touch of minerality. There are notes of apple, white peach as well as apricot and green mango. There is a solar and floral side with fine notes of lemon blossom and apricot. On the palate, there is a slight sparkle on the attack. We have fruit, spices, freshness with a tangy frame. There are notes of pink pepper, mango as well as crunchy tart apple and white peach. A clear spicy side develops and continues into the more mineral finish. We perceive a little pineapple and lemon blossom or even orange blossom. Nice balance and delicacy.
