The nose is fresh, precise, fruity and offers a fine richness. It reveals notes of notes of dried almond, butter, Mirabelle plum, quince and small notes of juicy quenette, exotic fruits combined with fine hints of ripe citrus / fleshy white fruits and yellow flowers. The palate is well-balanced and offers a great freshness, minerality, precision, a small unctuosity, fleshiness, fat, a beautiful guideline, a small strict side, straightness as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh Mirabelle plum, fleshy yellow fruits and small notes of pear associated with small toasted touches, vanilla, butter as well as hints of fleshy / juicy white fruit and discreet hints of yellow flowers. Good length.
