The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. On the nose, it expresses fresh notes of crisp white peach, green pear, yellow plum as well as field flowers and a fine touch of pollen and honey in the background. On the palate, there are sweet flavors of ripe mirabelle plum, peach jam and grape juice, refreshed by fine touches of lemon confit, a pleasant acidity and a delicate mousse. The finish is moderately long and expresses sweet notes of juicy mirabelle plum and apricot confit. Delicacy and good balance overall.
