The nose is fruity, well-balanced, slightly powerful and offers a fine complexity. It reveals notes of black berries associated with slight notes of olive tree, blackberry, strawberry, black cherry as well as slight/discreet touches of spices (in the background) and a very discreet hint of tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a beautiful suavity, a fine acid frame, elegance, gourmandise, harmony, precision, a certain delicacy, a slight juiciness, a nice definition, a beautiful volume as well as a discreet unctuosity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black cherry, plum, blackberry and touches of chocolate associated with slight touches of caramelized oak, an imperceptible hint of coffee, woody hints as well as a subtle hint of cardamom and black pepper on the finish. Tannins are fine and very slightly firm.
