The nose is racy. It needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of quince, crunchy peach and small notes of physalis associated with touches of racy minerality, flowers and an imperceptible touch of butter / vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers roundness, fat, tension, a small gourmandise, a beautiful fat, a small unctuosity, elegance as well as juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed apple, pear and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of peach as well as hints of butter, racy minerality and an imperceptible hint of lemon (in the background). Good length.
