The palate is fruity, well-defined and offers a slight minerality, freshness, suavity as well as fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon and slight notes of lemon zests and fresh quince associated with touches of ripe brugnon, ripe pear, discreet hints of racy minerality as well as a subtle hint of ripe pineapple (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of beeswax (in the background).
