The crémant has a straw yellow color. It is clear and shiny. The nose is fresh and fruity with a hint of petroleum as well as touches of apple. We also have a nice definition of pineapple mint and especially eucalyptus. With air, it is always fresh and fruity. The palate is fresh with this note of eucalyptus from the start. Relatively vegetal with aromatic herbs, this crémant has a beautiful acidity and a floral lily finish.
