This Crémant is shiny and clear with significant bubbles. It has a very light straw yellow color. The nose is aromatic, fresh and intense with a nice smoky note. We have fruity notes with crunchy fresh apple but also juicy white peach. With aeration, the nose becomes more delicate but still seductive with an interesting juiciness. The palate is fresh, pleasant with notes of crunchy apple, but also white grapes and white peach. There is a light buttery aspect on the finish. The bubbles are fine, it’s pleasant with a finish of apricot kernel.
