The palate is fresh, mineral, elegant, beautifully harmonious and offers small acidity/tension that leads the tasting. In the mouth it expresses notes of peach, honey and citrus (tangerine, quince) associated with a hint of apricot and a hint of hazelnut. Beautiful long finish.
