The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is aromatic, with a fresh and concentrated fruitiness, complemented by integrated and pleasant herbaceous notes. It expresses the aromas of juicy morello cherry, tangy bigarreau cherry, strawberry, crushed raspberry, wild blueberry and a touch of blackberry, combined with spicy notes of nutmeg and liquorice, aromatic herbs (peppermint, rosemary leaf), as well as a floral touch of lily and rose petals and a delicate minerality (clay) in the background. On the palate, the wine is juicy, airy and fruity, with good bitterness and salivating acidity. It expresses the flavors of bigarreau cherry, raspberry, cranberries, strawberry, blueberry, as well as a tangy hint of blackcurrant, a fine spiciness (liquorice, nutmeg), floral bouquet (rose petals) and herbaceous notes (peppermint, a touch of blackcurrant bud). The tannins are present, structured, but not drying. Good length and sapidity on the finish, juiciness and fruit.
