The nose is fruity, elegant, aromatic and offers a fine intensity as well as a fine density. It reveals notes of mirabelle plum, quince and small notes of green apple, crunchy peach combined with a hint of racy minerality, vanilla and an imperceptible touch of spice and gray pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice acid frame, a fine suavity, a beautiful definition, gourmandise, finesse, a fine freshness, a fine unctuosity and delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy peach, juicy pear and fleshy / juicy mirabelle plum combined with small notes of quince, green apple, touches of racy minerality, juicy citrus, vanilla / brioche. Good length. Beautiful, gourmande, suave and appetizing persistence.
