The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of ripe mandarin and small notes of ripe white fruit associated with a hint of ripe grapefruit, crushed brugnon and zest. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice acid frame, a nice minerality, a nice fat, a fine unctuosity, a good definition, a good dynamism, a nice guideline and finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon / lemon paste, quince and vine peach associated with a hint of pear compote, brioche and an imperceptible touch of vanilla. There are a fine hint of green apple skin as well as an imperceptible toasted touch on the persistence / aftertaste. Good length.
