The nose is fruity and finely fleshy. It reveals notes of pear compote and fine notes of apple, quince associated with a very discreet hint of brioche and an imperceptible hint of beeswax. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acid frame, a fine juiciness, a fine straightness as well as a very fine fat. The effervescence is relatively creamy and offers a small dynamism. In the mouth this Crémant expresses notes of lemon and crunchy brugnon associated with small notes of mandarin, crushed small yellow fruits and beeswax. Good length.
