It reveals notes of wild cassis, wild blackberry and small notes of wild raspberry associated with touches of violet, liquorice as well as discreet hint of Sichuan pepper and tobacco. The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a beautiful juicy/mineral frame, a fine aerial side, suavity as well as fine power/concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, fleshy/juicy red berries and small notes of wild cassis associated with fine touches of tobacco, zan, cornflower/lilac, minerality as well as a discreet hint of cardamom and a very discreet hint of cocoa on the finish. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
