Manon 2019 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is aromatic, finely tight and offers a small power and a sensation of tension. It reveals notes of fresh raspberry, fresh peach, small notes of citrus (mandarine, kumquat) associated with small touches of pink lychee, rose petal and an imperceptible hint of garrigue/thyme flowers (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful finesse of the suavity, a good definition, gourmandize, elegant as well as a good finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy nectarine, juicy raspberry, small notes of apricot associated with small touches of lemon as well as a subtle hint of juicy mandarine, cherry blossom and an imperceptible hint of thyme flowers (in the background). Good length.
