The nose is fruity, relatively elegant and offers a slight gourmandize. It reveals notes of blueberry, boysenberry and slight notes of raspberry jam associated with a hint of cherry, flowers, liquorice, zan as well as a very discreet hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, ample and offers a slight acid frame, fat, a slight tension as well as a beautiful juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy strawberry, cherry and slight notes of raspberry, cassis associated with a hint of blueberry, liquorice and a very (very) discreet woody hint. Good length. The finish is suave/gourmande.
