(Organic) The wine shows a deep ruby colour with a slightly garnet rim. The nose is very intense, heady and concentrated. It reveals notes of dried black cherries, noble wood, nuances of cinnamon and cloves, a touch of tobacco and cigar box. The palate is intense, woody, with powerful, drying tannins and moderate acidity. The fruitiness seems muted by the oak which dominates the wine. Long, woody finish.
