It reveals notes of blackberry, strawberry and small notes of acidulous plum associated with touches of redcurrants, fine touches of violet, toasted / caramelized as well as very fine hints of zan, sense of place and toasted / vanilla. The mouth is fruity, tense and offers juiciness, minerality, a fine power as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild red berries, crunchy raspberry and small notes of acidulous plum associated with touches of violet, iris, thyme flowers as well as very fine hints of tonka bean, caramelization and cardamom. Tannins are precise. Presence of fine hints of liquorice, mocha and a very discreet hint of coffee on the persistence.
