It reveals notes of wild blackberry, wild strawberry and small notes of wild red berries associated with touches of garrigue, gray pepper as well as very discreet hints of dry rosemary and a discreet hint of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, a fine suavity, a small gourmandize as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh blackberry, wild red berries and small notes of juicy cherry associated with touches of garrigue, minerality, dry laurel as well as fine hints of cocoa, gray pepper and very discreet toasted hints.
