The nose is gourmand, racy and offers elegance, fleshiness, a beautiful fleshy / ripe / fresh fruit as well as a very fine richness. It reveals notes of pulpy / juicy Garriguette strawberry and small notes of juicy / fresh blackberry associated with touches of crushed small fruits, black cherry, cornflowers as well as a hint of iris, pepper and a very discreet hint of sense of the place (local biotop). The palate is fruity, racy and offers juiciness, a small creaminess, a small freshness, a good definition, a certain richness, a small chiseled side, gourmandize, a small fleshiness, an acidulous frame as well as a discreetly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, creamy black cherry and small notes of creamy Garriguette strawberry associated with small touches of blue berries, hints, chocolate, liquorice, a subtle hint of dry blond tobacco as well as a very discreet hint of pepper and a sense of place. Good length.
