The nose is fresh, aromatic and offers a fine power / intensity. It reveals notes of crunchy / fresh mirabelle plum, small fresh wild berries and small notes of fresh citrus (lemon, mandarin, yuzu) associated with fine touches of juicy peach as well as hints of flowers, peach, nutmeg and spices / curry. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very slightly tight and offers a juicy / mineral frame, a good tension, a slight acidity, juiciness, a good definition as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, crunchy / juicy mirabelle plum and small notes of small berries associated with touches of juicy / crunchy apple as well as hints of flowers and butter. There is an imperceptible hint of bitterness on the persistence (good bitterness).
