(No sulfur added) The nose is aromatic, and velvety and offers gourmandize, a nice grain, a certain intensity, deepness, and a fleshy end as well as some velvety side. It reveals notes of fleshy blueberry, wild strawberry, and more slightly – hints of violet associated with fine touches of spices, cloves, and fleshy berries as well as a subtle almost toasted and almost saline hint. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, a certain brilliance of the fruit, aromatic purity, energy, and a certain complexity as well as a nice pulpy/tangy/fresh fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, bright redcurrant, and more slightly – hints of blueberry associated with touches of tangy plum as well as a subtle hint of violet, iris, and a discreet hint of toasted/chocolate. Good length. Nice juiciness and persistence.
