The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers generosity, richness in finesse / well-controlled as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of bright Quetsche plum, fleshy blueberry and small notes of vanilla associated with touches of juicy Gariguette strawberry as well as hints of cornflowers, lily as well as fine hints of Cuben pepper, exotic spices and a discreet touch of Bourbon vanilla bean (in the background). The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandise, unctuosity (in finesse), an acidulous frame, elegance, a beautiful finesse of the grain, structure as well as a certain power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright plum, fresh / bright cherry and small notes of of fresh strawberry associated with touches of cornflowers, violet, fleshy / fresh blueberry, hints of racy minerality, green cardamom, tonka bean / chocolate as well as hints of vanilla, a subtle hint of caramelization and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper (in the background). Tannins are precise, elegant, racy and delicate. Good length. Gourmandise and unctuosity on the finish / persistence. A beautiful and gourmand wine. Congratulations!
