The nose is fresh, fruity, tense and offers some crunch and spiciness. There are notes of quince, apricot and, to a lesser extent, medlar, combined with hints of lemon blossom, a subtle hint of fresh physalis and a very discreet hint of zest (in the background). The palate is fruity and reveals juiciness, acidity, freshness, minerality, good definition, accuracy, tension and energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of medlar, crisp nectarine and, more lightly, tart yellow apple, combined with hints of physalis and a subtle hint of almond, nutmeg, fresh flowers and saline notes. Crystal clear on the palate. Good length.
