The nose is aromatic and offers elegance, a beautiful definition, precision and a certain purity of the fruit. It reveals notes of candied Mirabelle, quince, small notes of fleshy nectarine associated with fine touches of crushed yellow nectarine as well as discreet hints of toasted and butter. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame, a good definition and purity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy quince, crushed Mirabelle, small notes of crushed pear associated with small touches of crushed yellow apple as well as a subtle hint of honeysuckle/white lilac and an imperceptible hint of bee wax/hazelnut. Good length. An imperceptible tannic hint and a fine firmness on the finish/persistence.
