The nose is fruity and racy. It reveals notes of bright cherry, small bright red berries and small notes of violet associated with small touches of nutmeg, gray pepper and fine hints of clove. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a small fat, minerality and a subtle tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, bright cherry and small notes of juicy/fresh cassis associated with touches of racy minerality, violet as well as hints of sweet spices, a subtle hint of chocolate, liquorice and nutmeg. Tannins are well-built.
