The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a fine concentration/intensity. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, wild strawberry and small notes of flowers (lilac, rose) associated with hints of Cuben pepper, toasted as well as very discreet hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of clove/exotic spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful juiciness, a fine suavity, a good structure, minerality, a good guideline, a good precision, a fine acidulous frame as well as a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cherry, fleshy/juicy wild strawberry and small notes of cassis associated with small touches of juicy/acidulous violet plum, flowers (lilac, rose), liquorice stick/zan as well as an imperceptible hints of mild tobacco (in the background). Tannins are structuring and fine.
