Beautiful, complex, peppery and elegant nose with a delicate floral side. There are notes of fresh red berries, pepper and small notes of violet associated with touches of fresh red plum, concentrated strawberry and a discreet amost sage hint (even an imperceptible vervain hint). The mouth is beautifuly fresh, mineral, supple and tense (at the same time), delicate, complex, easy to access/« readable » and offer a beautiful aerial side in its matter and a beautiful racy structure. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of small red berries, fresh/ juicy cherry and small notes of lily associated with touches of sage, fresh thyme as well as slight hints of crunchy small fruits and a subtle almost saline/ Mediterranean hint. Good length. Precise, elegant and supple tannins. Beautiful sapidity and gourmandise. Congratulations !
