The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is expressive and aromatic. It reveals notes of dried aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary, laurel), dried rose and fresh flowers (lily, cherry blossom, peony), ripe red and black fruits (red cherry, Morello cherry, currant, blackberry, black plum). On the palate, the wine has firm, slightly tight, but straight and well-defined tannins. The flavors are expressive, juicy and spicy: there are notes of red cherry, cherry juice, red currant, blackberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, with hints of dried mint, black pepper, very slight notes of coffee and smoke. The wine has a high acidity, which refreshes the long finish, but with persistent and tight tannins. Energy and precision with a well-defined structure.
