It reveals notes of wild blackberry, plum, small notes of cassis associated with small touches of small wild red fruits, raspberry flowers as well as fine hints of camphor, subtle hints of sugared mild tobacco and liquorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame as well as a beautiful tension, a beautiful fruit, a certain aromatic purity and a preserved fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, bright blackberry, small notes of bright blue plum associated with a touch of liquorice, sense of the place, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of caramelization (in the background). Good length. Tannins are precise and elegant.
