Maïme 2018 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, well-built, fine and offers a fine gourmandise. It reveals notes of juicy / fresh peach, fresh / juicy raspberry and small notes of citrus fruits combined with very slight hints of exotic fruit. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a juicy / acidulous frame, tension, precision, elegance as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy peach, fleshy / juicy apple and small notes of citrus (kumquat, ripe lemon) associated with touches of exotic fruits. Good length and good persistence. An imperceptible almost saline hint and sapidity on the finish / persistence.
