The nose is aromatic and offers a very fine richness / concentration as well as a small power. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and small notes of toasted associated with fine spices and fresh leather. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, very finely tight and offers a juicy / slightly acidulous frame, tension, freshness as well as minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, fresh black plum and small notes of small wild berries associated with fine touches of violet, black olive, hints of fresh leather, spices and a very discreet hint of tonka bean and animal. Tannins are very discreetly firm. Presence of a very discreet, almost saline hint on the in the background / end of the mouth.
