The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, well built and offers an acid frame, a slight fat, a slight suavity, precision, a good definition, tension as well as a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh / ripe lemon, fresh apple and small notes of vine peach associated with a touch of exotic fruits, eucalyptus as well as touches of flint. Good length and good persistence.
