Ma cuvée Personnelle 100% Mourvèdre 2022 – Vin de Pays d’Aude

(carbonic maceration) The wine has a deep ruby color. The nose is open, very juicy and purely fruity. It offers the intense aromas of different black fruits (griotte, black plum, blackberry), crushed wild strawberries, raspberry jam, combined with a gourmet touch of chocolate with mint. The attack on the palate is round and fragrant: it expresses gourmand notes of blackberry, morello cherry, black plum and wild strawberry, combined with a hint of dried mint and dark chocolate. The tannins are a little tight. The finish is sapid and spicy: we find a touch of pepper and cloves, as well as a slight bitterness of cocoa.
