M de Moulin Riche 2019 – Saint-Julien

The nose offers delicacy, fine richness and a racy, airy texture. There are notes of fleshy wild blackcurrant, salinity and a hint of fleshy wild strawberry combined with hints of crushed cherry, fine liquorice and a delicate touch of blueberry. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers delicacy, airiness and a mineral/salinity backbone. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, crushed raspberry and more slightly blackcurrant combined with hints of dark berries, a subtle hint of roast, toasted hazelnut, salinity and a hint of positive bitterness. Lingers long with a touch of cola in the aftertaste.
