The nose is elegant, fresh, aromatic, racy and offers minerality, a beautiful finesse, complexity as well as a small power. It reveals notes of green peach, lilac, apple, small notes of apple flowers associated with touches of fresh apricot, kumquat zests as well as hints of racy minerality, fresh local grove, fresh verbena as well as a discreet hint of fresh pepper, a subtle hint of honeysuckle and an imperceptible hint of bee wax. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, full of elegance and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a very beautiful definition, ampleness, a beautiful freshness, finesse, straightness as well as power full of delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, small fleshy yellow plum, small notes of green apple associated with touches of physalis, lilac, acacia, fine hints of small fruits, kumquat, almond as well as discreet hints of varietal/eucalyptus, a racy minerality and a subtle hint of toasted. Good length. Control, gourmand, race and elegance.
