Louis Max 2014 – Gevrey-Chambertin

Louis Max 2014 – Gevrey-Chambertin

The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of redcurrant jam, raspberry and slight notes of cassis associated with hints of gray pepper as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, sleek, suave, round and offers a beautiful minerality, an acid frame as well as a beautiful definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of redcurrant jam, raspberry and cherry associated with discreet hints of blueberry as well as slight hints of spices and a very discreet hint of mocha. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
