The nose is aromatic and well-built. It reveals notes of red berries / redcurrants, fleshy raspberry and small notes of boysenberry combined with fine touches of fleshy strawberry, zan, violet, olive tree, fine toasted touches as well as a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, gourmande, delicate, fleshy, round, juicy and offers a fine juiciness, a fine tension, a fine acid frame, fat as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, fleshy cherry and small notes of fleshy redcurrants combined with fine touches of blueberry, fleshy boysenberry as well as slight toasted hints, chocolate, vanilla, black olive, a very discreet grilled hint and an imperceptible touch of cocoa. Tannins are fine and well -built. There are (very) slight hints of cocoa and fleshy red fruits on the persistence. A gourmand and straight wine !
