Louis Bouillot – Perle d’Aurore – Rosé, Brut – Crémant de Bourgogne

The nose offers a slight creaminess, a very slight richness as well as a slight freshness. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, raspberry and small notes of crushed brugnon associated with small touches of blackberry and citrus. The mouth is dynamic, bright and offers an acid frame, a slight tension as well as a small freshness. The effervescence is very fine, dynamic and slightly tight. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy strawberry, blackberry and small notes of apple associated with touches of ripe / juicy citrus (lemon, mandarin) as well as discreet hints of crushed brugnon and an imperceptible hint of cherry (in the background).
