This rosé from Provence has a limpid and bright colour with a very pale melon tint. The first nose is discreet on its fruity aromatic with Cavaillon melon but also orchard fruits such as yellow peach and apricot. We also perceive a refreshing minerality. The second nose is more on small crushed red fruits such as raspberry and redcurrant with a hint of vanilla. The attack is fresh and tangy with nice notes of apple but also of peach, nectarine and mango. The acidity continues on the mid-palate bringing discreet touches of pear and garrigue. The finish is salivating with a little salinity and notes of rose petals.
